Dedicated server is a mainframe pc that stores casino database in one central place. Server supports maintaining up to 50 tables in a network as well as administrating that database.
Mainframe is built to the highest server standards with features such as data replication hardware mirroring and UPS power supply.
Using a mainframe server enables you to have the following features on up to 50 poker tables per one server :
- Common Jack Pot and Mistery Pot and pot administration
- Reserving a seat at any table from players current seat while the game is in progress, or reserving any seat from the Wait Terminal
- Player notification will notify the player when his/hers desired seat becomes available and reserved for that player. When a seat status is set to reserved a call is made to the players current seat if player is playing or player is notified by sending an SMS message that the seat is available and reserved, also waiting terminal can inform the player of his reservation.
- Credit transfer from one seat to another seat at another table.
- Net Server enables players to participate on a real set at a real table from a remote location using internet.
- Stats settings and software updates can be done for all tables at once quick and easy.
- Enables operator to perform table recovery procedure. Each table has an internal table server and an internal recovery procedure, but if a table game server fails mainframe server will be able to restore it.
- Mainframe server contains the main casino database for all tables and all users/players with complete game history, transaction history, logon history … this database is replicated and secured.
- Enables multiple tables administration for easier tournament organization. Start tournament, game synchronization, player lists, winners and tournament progress, keeping track of free tables and freeing up tables.
Dedicated Servers main goal is to incorporate all tables into one whole gaming product by enabling tables to exchange data and communicate with each other in a efficient way.
Also Dedicated server enables communication and integration of remote tables operating in other locations by connecting them via secured internet connection. This enables a network of tables to be administrated remotely and even played remotely.
